Cassava Cassareep

Cassareep is a rich, authentic Guyanese sauce rooted in Amerindian tradition, made from cassava juice blended with spices and slow-boiled to create its deep colour and bold flavour. Best known for pepperpot, it also adds delicious taste and natural browning to stews, broths, meats, and everyday dishes
