17.4oz. (1.09lb) 495g. This blend is a fusion of herbs and spices that can be used to marinate fish or seafood to add an aromatic and zesty flavor. It was created to complement fish or seafood without overpowering its delicate taste.

Ingredients: Eschallot, celery, garlic, dilute acetic acid (14% dilution), onion, scotch bonnet pepper, ginger, table salt, lime, ground spice, thyme.

Directions: Shake before using. Add desired amount of product on meat of choice and cook. Use within 3mths after opened. Storage & Handling: Store product in a cool and dry place, handle with care, recap when not in use. Refrigerate after opening
